Store Collection

For items ordered for collection at store, there is no delivery charge. For any items not collected within 14 days, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be given.

Standard Delivery - Royal Mail Tracked 48 - UK Mainland

Our standard delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 48
Delivery costs £2.95 and takes approximately 3-4 working days. Orders placed after 2.30pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Includes Northern Ireland but excludes the Channel Island
Spend over £50 to receive UK postage free (Tracked 48)

Express Delivery - Royal Mail Tracked 24 - UK Mainland

Our express delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 24
Delivery costs 4.95 and takes approximately 1-2 working days. Orders placed after 2.30pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Includes Northern Ireland but excludes the Channel Islands
Spend over £50 to receive UK postage free (Tracked 48)

Card Delivery Service

Our standard delivery service for cards is free of charge, cards will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class and takes approximately 2-3 working days. Orders placed after 2.30pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Our express delivery service is Royal Mail 1st Class. Express delivery costs 50p with a next working day delivery aim.

Returns

Our returns policy

We take every care to ensure your order is carefully despatched and hope that you are happy with your purchase. If you have any cause for dissatisfaction with your goods you may return them.

Items must be returned within 14 days of your receipt in their original condition and packaging with tags attached. Buyer pays return shipping costs.

Please follow instructions below:

  • If you simply changed your mind, please email or call us to inform about return. Please be advised that we can refund the money only after receiving the undamaged, unused and re-sellable product back, in original packaging (if applicable). We do not refund shipping costs.
  • Should your product arrive damaged/broken please report it and confirm by photographic evidence within 48 hours of receipt. Please keep the parcel and packaging until your claim is settled. You will most likely be asked to return the faulty item to us.
